From our consideration:
By means of this, in accordance with the provisions of article 9* of the
Decree with Force of Law N*251, second paragraph of article 10% of the Law
N*18.045 and in the General Standard N*991, we come to correct the
information delivered yesterday through Essential Fact, in the sense
to specify that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company dated April 11,
2023, it called an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on 28
April 2023 at 9:00 a.m., at the registered office located on Avenida
Cerro el Plomo N*5630, Of. N*1302, Las Condes, Santiago, without prejudice to the
Possibility of attending by technological means. At that Meeting, they shall submit to
The decision of the shareholders the following matters:
1.-Examination of the situation of the company, of the reports of Auditors
External, and the approval or rejection of the Report, Balance Sheet and other Statements
Financial statements of the Company for the year 2022
2.-Distribution of profits corresponding to the year 2022;
3.-Designation of External Audit Company for the year 2023;
4.-Designation of Risk Classifiers for the year 2023;
5.-Designation of newspaper in which social publications will be made during
the year 2023;
6.- Account on operations with related companies during the year
2022; and
7.- Any other matter of social interest whose knowledge corresponds to the
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Along with the above, it is recorded that because you are sure that you will attend
100% of the issued shares of the Company, the
respective publications.
