Circular N*662 and N*991 of the Commission for the Financial Market, we come to inform
that as of August 8, 2022, Mr. Pedro Carmona Díaz, leaves the Sub-
Management of Administration and Finance of our company and in his replacement assumes don
Luis Bustamante Quiroz, as the new “Deputy Manager of Administration and Finance”.
Mr. Luis Bustamante Quiroz, is a Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile and MBA
of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, has a vast experience in the
local insurance and financial market, especially in the areas of management control and
corporate finance, so we estimate it will be a great contribution in the operation and
objectives of the administration and finance area of the Company.
