In accordance with the provisions of article 9% of the Decree with Force of Law
N*251, second paragraph of Article 10% of Law N*18,045 and in the Character Norm
General N*991, we come to inform that CMF and the market in general that,
of July 1, 2021, Mr. Carlos Barros Herreros, who worked until that
date as Deputy Manager of underwriting of the lines of Property and Engineering will assume
as the Company’s New Technical Manager replacing Mr. John Ospina,
who will undertake new professional projects.
The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company would like to thank and highlight the
Mr. Ospina’s important contribution to the growth of our technical area and its
both professional and personal contribution in the formation of solid technical teams and

Carlos is a Mechanical Engineer, Master in Engineering Sciences and has a
MBA from Georgetown University. His beginnings in the Company, in 2015,
were in the Engineering underwriting area. In January 2018, he assumed as
Deputy Manager of Engineering and the following year assumes the leadership in addition to the area of
Property, positioning our Company as an important reference and
