Ref.: Essential Fact Summons to Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting Unión El Golf S.A.

Duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Unión El Golf S.A. (the “Company”), and in
In compliance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law 18,046, we inform you that in
Ordinary Board Meeting, it was agreed to call the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for Thursday
April 27, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., to be held at the offices of the company located in
Avenida El Golf N2 50, commune of Las Condes, Metropolitan Region, in order to submit to
Consideration of the shareholders the following matters:

To pronounce on the Report, Balance Sheet, financial statements and report of the
external auditors corresponding to the financial year 2022.
Distribution of profits for the year and dividend distribution policy.
To pronounce on the remuneration of the Board of Directors.
Appointment of a firm of external auditors for the financial year 2023.
Determine the newspaper of the registered office where the legal publications will be made.
To account for the transactions carried out by the Company in accordance with article 146 and
following Law 18,046 on Corporations.
Report the expenses of the board of directors according to art. 39 of the Law of 18.046.
To deal with and adopt agreements on the other matters of the Ordinary Meetings that
legally and statutorily correspond.
They will have the right to participate in the meeting, the holders of the shares that are
registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company five working days in advance of the
Date of the meeting.
The qualification of the authorisations, where appropriate, shall be made on the same day as the conclusion of the
