Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18? of Law No. 20,712
on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, Article 9? and the second paragraph of the article
10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, being duly authorized, hereby
I communicate to you the following information as an Essential Fact regarding the Investment Fund
Independence Tysons (the “Fund”.
At an extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the fund management company,
Independencia Internacional AGF S.A (the “Administrator”), held on April 25, 2022, was agreed
distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors, charged to the Net Profits Received
corresponding to the year 2022, for the total amount of USD $ 234,514.77 according to the following detail
by Series of installments:
i Series A, for the total amount of USD $153,498.17 which, considering the number of installments entitled to
receive dividends on the date of the Board of Directors, equivalent to USD $0.012512 per quota.
ii. Series B, for the total amount of USD $ 63,245 that, considering the number of installments entitled to receive
dividends as of the date of the Board of Directors, equivalent to USD $0.012649 per share.
li. Series C, for the total amount of USD $17,771.6 which, considering the number of installments entitled to
receive dividends at the date of the Board of Directors, equivalent to USD $0.012694 per share.
The payment of this dividend will be made as of May 2, 2022, and they will be entitled
to him all those contributors registered in the respective Registry on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment, is
say, as of April 26, 2022, in proportion to the number of installments held at that date, by means of deposit
in the bank account indicated by the Contributor to the Administrator.
