From our consideration:
By means of this, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law No. 20,712, the
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N.* 18.045, and duly authorized by the
Board of Directors of Venturance S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”),
I inform that Commission, as an essential fact, of the Tronador Deuda Investment Fund
Private (the “Fund”), which its Administrator, in accordance with the Fund’s dividend policy
agreed to distribute a provisional dividend amounting to $0.01060012005 each.

The payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as of April 3, 2023, through
