Ref. Distribution and payment of provisional dividend.
From our consideration:
By means of this, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law No. 20,712, the
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N.* 18.045, and duly authorized by the
Board of Directors of Venturance S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”),
I inform that Commission, as an essential fact, of the Tronador Deuda Investment Fund
Private (the “Fund”), which its Administrator, in accordance with the Fund’s dividend policy
agreed to the distribution of a provisional dividend amounting to $ 0.01055696504 for each
of the quotas according to the mnemonic CFITRDP-E, charged to the profits of the year 2022 of the
Background.
The payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as of November 2, 2022, through
Electronic bank transfer or check to contributors who are registered in the
Registration Respective to 5? business day prior to the date of payment according to the number of installments of
that are holders on that date.
