I inform you that today (April 27, 2023) the ordinary meeting was held
of shareholders cited for this date, which was attended by 100% of the issued shares
with the right to vote, and the following agreements were taken, among others of this type
of Boards:
(1) The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Auditors’ Report were approved
External corresponding to the year 2022.
(2) The election of the members of the Board of Directors for a period of two years, in which
proclaimed elected Don Juan José Diéguez Mantfredini, Don Pelayo Santa María
Muxica, Mrs. María Macarena Diéguez Rojas, Mr. Pablo Troncoso Cruz and Mrs.
María de los Angeles Coddou Plaza de los Reyes.
(3) The appointment of “Pricewaterhouse Cooper” as a firm of external auditors.
