You that in the directory held today Mr. Gustavo Adolfo Silva Cabello (RUT N”
5.023.086-4) submitted his undeniable resignation from the position of director, for strictly
personal, which became effective as of this date.
In a directory held today, the resignation was accepted, given its
character and reasons given. In the same board of directors, Mrs.
MARÍA MACARENA DIÉGUEZ ROJAS, RUT N” 14.118.682-5, who was invited to this same
session, in which he accepted the position and assumed his functions immediately.
