inform the President that, on April 28, 2022, an extraordinary meeting was held
of shareholders of the company, in which it was agreed as follows:
e Amend Article 19 of the Bylaws, regarding the requirement of registration of
shareholders, in the sense that, those shareholders with the right to speak and vote will be considered those
that appear as such at the time of initiating the respective meeting.
