Dear Sir or Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 90 and the second paragraph of Article 100, both of Law 18,045, on the Stock Market, and
of Securities, in accordance with the provisions of Law 18,046, on Corporations, and the General Rule NO
30 of the Commission, the undersigned, duly empowered for such purpose, hereby informs you as a Material Fact of
Transmisora Eléctrica de Quillota S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”), and that says relationship with its administration, those who were
informed and agreed at the Board Meeting held on April 11, 2023, that is:
1. Cessation of functions of the director Mr. José Ángel Lostao Unzu on March 31 of this year;
2. The appointment of Mr. David Germán Zamora Mesías as the new director of the Society to replace the director
aforementioned;
3. The new Board of Directors of the Company was composed of Jaime Luis Sáenz Denis, Santiago Carlos Oraa Gil,
Ángel Ortega Cutillas, Alan Heinen Alves Da Silva and David Germán Zamora Mesías, who agreed to proceed with the
total renewal of the Board of Directors at the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, remaining in office until
that date; and
4, Appointment of Mr. Santiago Carlos Oraa Gil as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Alan Heinen Alves Da Silva as
Secretary of the Board.
