Dear Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045
on the Stock Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I come to inform the lady
President of the Commission for the Financial Market that on April 27, 2023, the Meeting was held
Ordinary Shareholders of the company TRANSMISORA DEL PACÍFICO S.A., in which the following was agreed:
1) Approve the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet, the Financial Statements and the Auditors’ Report
External, corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2022.
2) In relation to the distribution of the final dividend, it was reported that there are no profits to distribute
for the period ended December 31, 2022.
3) It was agreed to renew the members of the Board of Directors, which was composed of Mr. Arturo Le
Blanc Cerda, Francisco Castro Crichton and Jorge Vargas Romero.
4) Approve the appointment as external auditors of the company for the year ending 31
from December 2023 to the company Deloitte.
5) Approve the designation of the Financial Journal to publish the notices of summons to meetings of
Shareholders.
(6) Information was provided on the resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors on matters contained in the
Articles 146 et seq. of the Law on Public Limited Companies.
