Securities Market, and in the Commission’s General Standard No. 30 for the
Financial Market, duly empowered for this purpose, I come to report as
Essential Fact relating to Transmisora del Pacífico S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”)
next:
The Board of Directors, in extraordinary session held on September 15 of this year, accepted the
resignation presented by Mr. Rodrigo López Vergara to his position as director in the
Society. In addition, at that special meeting, the Board of Directors agreed to designate as
new director of the Society to Mr. Jorge Vargas Romero until the date on which it is celebrated
the next ordinary meeting of shareholders of the Company.
