Dear Madam President,
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045,
on the Stock Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I come to inform the
Madam President of the Commission that, on April 28, 2022, the ordinary meeting of
shareholders of the company TRANSMISORA DEL PACÍFICO S.A., in which the following was agreed:
1. Approve the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet, the Financial Statements and the Report of the
External Auditors, corresponding to the period ended December 31, 2021.
2. In relation to the final dividend, it was reported that there are no profits to be distributed for the period

3. It was agreed to elect the members of the Board of Directors, which was composed as follows:
