of Securities, and being duly empowered to do so, I come to inform you that in Ordinary Session of
Board of Directors held on this date, the Chairman of the Board of Transelec S.A. took cognizance and accepted the resignation
submitted by Mr. Ganxiang Tang to his position as Director of the company, effective immediately.
Later in that session, Mr. Tao He until the celebration of
the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, when the Board of Directors of Transelec S.A. will be renewed.
