Dear Madam President,
On April 29 of this year, through letter N” RL-060-2022 Transelec S.A. informed that
Committee on the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on the same date.
Due to an involuntary error, we have come to correct the final dividend amount corresponding to the year 2021
approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29 of this year, in the sense
to note that the final dividend approved amounts to the total amount of CLP$17,404,007,286 and not to
CLP$58,013,357,619 as erroneously reported, an amount corresponding to 30% of the net income of the
Fiscal year 2021.
Accordingly, we ask you to replace the agreement regarding the approval of distribution of
dividend and consider the following:
“In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045,
about Mercado de Valores, and being duly empowered to do so, I come to inform Mrs.
Chairman who, on April 29, 2022, held the ordinary shareholders’ meeting of the company, in
which agreed as follows:

Approve the distribution as a definitive dividend corresponding to the year 2021 for a total of
CLP$17,404,007,286, equivalent to 30% of net income for the year 2021.”
