In addition to the essential fact communicated by Transbank S.A. (“Transbank” or the “Company”)
on September 23, 2022, in relation to Ordinary Office N*1431 of the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office
(“FNE”) dated September 22, 2022 (“Supervision of compliance with the Judgment Role”)
N*82.422-2021 of the Supreme Court / Roll N*2710-22 FNE / Transbank Charter of August 23, 2022″)
(“Official letter of the FNE”), we hereby inform that Transbank is carrying out the
evaluations and analysis of the financial effect of the FNE Office in the event that the actions do not prosper
and resources that correspond in right to the Company to reverse or modify the criteria of the FNE.
Without prejudice to the complexity of such analysis and the quantification of its impact on the situation
