In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
Board meeting held today, Mr. Carlos Antonio Saieh Larronde resigned from
his position as director of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos. For his part, Mr.
Maximiliano Vial Valenzuela resigned from his position as chairman of the board.
At the same meeting, Mr. Alejandro Montero Purviance resigned from his position as general manager.

The Board of Directors agreed to appoint as Director and President of Toesca S.A. General Administrator
of Funds, to Mr. Alejandro Montero Purviance.
Likewise, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Carlos Antonio Saieh Larronde as manager.
