In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
board meeting of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos held today,
The following agreements were adopted:

It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of the Net Income Received by the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007.
Toesca Renta Residencial Investment Fund Series A during the year ending 31
of December 2023, for the total amount of $ 25,303,032.-, equivalent to the amount of
$174.60 per installment, considering a total of 144,920 installments subscribed and paid from the Series

It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of the Net Income Received by the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007.
Toesca Renta Residencial Investment Fund Series C during the year ending 31
of December 2023, for the total amount of $ 13,441,274.-, equivalent to the amount of
$230.70 per installment, considering a total of 58,263 subscribed and paid installments of the Series
Cc.
It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of the Net Income Received by the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007.
Toesca Residential Income Investment Fund Series | during the financial year ending 31
December 2023, for the total amount of $22,114,149.-, equivalent to the amount of
$251.30 per installment, considering a total of 87,999 installments subscribed and paid of Series l.
The payment of the provisional dividends will be made as of Thursday, April 27, 2023, at
cash and in cash, in legal tender, by cheque nominative or
