Toesca Renta Residencial Investment Fund (the Fund)
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
board meeting of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos held today,
The following agreements were adopted:
1)
It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of the Net Income Received by the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007.
Toesca Renta Residencial Investment Fund Series A during the year ending 31
of December 2022, for the total amount of $ 21,262,559.-, equivalent to the amount of
$146.719287 per installment, considering a total of 144,920 installments subscribed and paid of the
Series A.
It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of the Net Income Received by the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007.
Toesca Renta Residencial Investment Fund Series C during the year ending 31
of December 2022, for the total amount of $ 11,705,747.-, equivalent to the amount of
$200.912191 per installment, considering a total of 58,263 subscribed and paid installments of the
Series C.
It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of the Net Income Received by the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007.
Toesca Residential Income Investment Fund Series | during the financial year ending 31
December 2022, for the total amount of $19,425,215.-, equivalent to the amount of
$220.743588 per installment, considering a total of 87,999 subscribed and paid installments of the
Series l.
The payment of the provisional dividends will be made as of Thursday, October 27, 2022,
in cash and in cash, in legal tender, by personal cheque or
Electronic transfer to contributors who are registered in the registry of
toesca.
contributors carried by the Administrator at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment.
