In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
board meeting of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos held today,
The following agreements were adopted:
1) It was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend charged to the Net Profits Received by
Toesca Rentas Inmobiliarias Fondo de Inversión Serie A during the year ending
December 31, 2022, for the total amount of $ 119,985,435.-, equivalent to the amount
of $252.246708 per installment, considering a total of 475,667 installments subscribed and paid of
Serie A.
2) It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of Net Income Received by
Toesca Rentas Inmobiliarias Investment Fund Series C during the year ending
December 31, 2022, for the total amount of $ 357,306,717.-, equivalent to the amount
of $285.177374 per installment, considering a total of 1,252,928 installments subscribed and paid
of Series C.
3) It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of Net Income Received by
Toesca Real Estate Income Investment Fund Series | during the financial year ending 31
of December 2022, for the total amount of $ 326,111,349.-, equivalent to the amount of
$298.882825 per installment, considering a total of 1,091,101 subscribed and paid installments of
the Series |.
The payment of the provisional dividends will be made as of Thursday, April 28, 2022, at
cash and in cash, in legal tender, by cheque nominative or
Electronic transfer to contributors who are registered in the registry of
toesca.
contributors carried by the Administrator at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment.
