Investment (the Fund)
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos held in
today, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors from the
Net Profit Received for the year ending December 31, 2022,
for the total amount of $ 484,217,500.-, equivalent to the amount of $ 305.50.- per quota,
considering a total of 1,585,000.- quotas subscribed and paid from the Fund.
The payment of the provisional dividend will be made as of Thursday, July 28, 2022, in cash and
in cash, in legal tender, by cheque or bank transfer
electronics.
All contributors registered in the respective registry will be entitled to the payment of the dividend.
at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date on which payment will be made.
