liquidation of the Fund
Madam President,
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, the undersigned, duly empowered
for this purpose by the Board of Directors of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”),
complies with reporting as an Essential Fact of Toesca Private Debt DIP Latam Fund of
Investment (the “Fund”), the following:
In the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors held today, the final account of the
the liquidation process of the Fund and the liquidation proceedings of the Fund were terminated.
By virtue of the foregoing, the Administrator will proceed to request the cancellation of the registration of the
mnemonic of the Fund’s quotas on the Santiago Stock Exchange.
