Madam President,
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 and being duly empowered
for this purpose by the Board of Directors of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”),
I comply with reporting as an Essential Fact of Toesca Private Debt DIP Latam Fund of
Investment (in liquidation) (the “Fund”, the following:
In compliance with the agreement adopted at the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors held
dated April 28, 2022 in relation to the liquidation procedure of the
Fund, this Administrator has arranged a decrease in the capital of the Fund in the amount of
USD106,783.84 by reducing the value of the Fund’s contributions by the amount of
USDO,00001 by quota, considering a total of 10,678,385,980 installments subscribed and paid from the
Background. It has also provided for the distribution of a cash surplus in the amount of
USD271,202.65 equivalent to USDO,00002539734 per installment.
The payment of the capital decrease and the cash surplus will be made from Friday 24
of June, in cash, in United States dollars, by personal cheque or
electronic transfer, to contributors registered in the register of contributors kept by the
Administrator at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the payment date.
