Mr. President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, and being duly
empowered for this purpose by the board of directors of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I come to inform as an Essential Fact the following:
As of today, the Fund has received in payment the amount of US$134,955,712.12 from
Latam Airlines Group S.A. (“LATAM”) corresponding to the payment of the entire credit of the
reference.
On the occasion of the aforementioned payment, at the board meeting held today, the
Administradora has agreed to a decrease in the capital of the Fund in the amount of
USD106,677,075.94 by reducing the Fund’s share value by the amount of
USDO,00999 by quota, considering a total of 10,678,385,980 installments subscribed and paid from the
Background.
Likewise, and at the same meeting, the Board of Directors agreed to the distribution of a provisional dividend with
charge to the Net Profits Received by the Fund during the year ending 31
December 2022, for the total amount of USD27,870,587.41 equivalent to the amount of
USDO,00261 by quota, considering a total of 10,678,385,980 installments subscribed and paid from the
Background.
The payment of the capital reduction and the provisional dividend shall be made in cash and in
cash, in United States dollars, on Thursday, April 14, 2022,
by check or electronic transfer, to contributors registered in the Register of Contributors
five business days in advance of the payment date.
