Toesca Infrastructure SC Investment Fund (the Fund)
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos held on
today, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors from the
Net Profits Received corresponding to the year 2022, for the total amount of
$ 2,146,898,610.-, equivalent to the amount of $ 730.- per quota, considering a total of
2,940,957.- quotas subscribed and paid from the Fund.
The payment of the provisional dividend will be made as of Thursday, June 23, 2022, in cash
and in cash, in legal tender, by cheque or wire transfer
electronics.
All contributors registered in the register of
contributors carried by the Administrator at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date in
that payment is due.
