Toesca Infrastructure GV Investment Fund (the Fund)
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
board meeting of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos held today,
distribute a provisional dividend to Fund contributors from Net Profits
Received corresponding to the year ending December 31, 2023, for the amount
total of USD 806,820.00.- equivalent to the amount of USD 1.13 per quota, considering a total
of 714,000.- quotas subscribed and paid from the Fund.
The payment of the provisional dividend will be made as of Friday, March 24, 2023, in
United States dollars, by personal check or transfer
electronic, to contributors registered in the register of contributors kept by the Administrator to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due, in proportion to
number of quotas held at that date, in the offices of the Administrator located
in Magdalena Street 140, 22nd floor, Las Condes, between 9:00 and 18:00 hours.
