Toesca Infrastructure GV Investment Fund (the Fund)
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
Board meeting of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos held today,
agreed to effect a capital decrease of the Fund for the total amount of USD3,163,020.-
by decreasing the quota value in the amount of USD4.43 per quota, considering a
total of 714,000.- contributions subscribed and paid from the Fund.
The capital reduction is carried out in order to return to the Contributors the proportion that
corresponds to them in the reduction of capital, all in accordance with the provisions of the
Number Two of Title X of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure.
The payment of the capital decrease will be made as of Friday, December 23, 2022,
in United States dollars, by cheque or bank transfer
electronic, to contributors registered in the register of contributors kept by the Administrator to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due, in proportion to
number of quotas held at that date, in the offices of the Administrator located
in Magdalena Street 140, 22nd floor, Las Condes, between 9:00 and 18:00 hours.
