Toesca Infrastructure GV Investment Fund (the Fund)
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing that in
ordinary meeting of the board of directors of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos held on the day
of today, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the contributors of the Fund from the
Net Profit Received for the year ending December 31, 2022,
for the total amount of US$4,712,400.00.- (four million seven hundred twelve thousand four hundred
United States dollars), equivalent to the amount of US$6.60.- per quota,
considering a total of 714,000.- quotas subscribed and paid from the Fund.
The payment of the provisional dividend will be made as of Thursday, April 21, 2022, at
offices of the Administrator located at Calle Magdalena 140, 22nd floor, Las Condes, between 9:00 and
18:00 in cash in United States dollars,
by nominative check or electronic transfer.
All contributors registered in the respective registry will be entitled to the payment of the dividend.
at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due.
