The Fund
Madam President:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, the undersigned, duly empowered
for this purpose by the Board of Directors of Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”),
I come to inform as an Essential Fact that in a board meeting held today,
The following agreements were adopted:
1) It was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend for the total amount of USD1,666,833.76.- with
charge to Net Profits Received by the Series | of the Fund during the financial year which
ends on December 31, 2023, equivalent to the amount of USD2.238406 per installment,
considering a total of 744,652 quotas Series | subscribed and paid from the Fund.
2) It was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend for the total amount of USD33,166.24.- with
charge to the Net Profits Received by the Series S of the Fund during the year that
ends December 31, 2023, equivalent to the amount of USD2.290644 per installment,
considering a total of 14,479 Series S quotas subscribed and paid from the Fund.
The payment of provisional dividends shall be made in cash and in cash, in dollars of the
United States of America, by electronic transfer to contributors who are
registered in the register of contributors on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number
of quotas held on that date, as of Thursday, April 6, 2023.
