Toesca Agricultural Income ESG Investment Fund (the Fund)
Mr. President,
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, I comply with informing, in
essential factual character, that in board session of Toesca S.A. General Administrator of
Funds held today, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the contributors of the
Fund charged to the Net Profits Received corresponding to the year 2022, for the
total amount of US$460,000.07.- (four hundred and sixty thousand point zero seven dollars of the
United States of America) to be distributed among the Series | and the S Series as follows:
1) It was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend charged to the Net Profits Received by
Toesca Agricultural Income ESG Investment Fund Series | during the financial year ending 31
of December 2022, for the total amount of US$430,743.07.- equivalent to the amount
of US$0.05325545.- per quota, considering a total of 8,088,244.- Series installments |
subscribed and paid from the Fund.
2) It was agreed to distribute an interim dividend out of Net Income Received by
Toesca Agricultural Income ESG Series S Investment Fund for the year ending 31
of December 2022, for the total amount of US$29,257.00.- equivalent to the amount of
US$0.06576025.- per quota, considering a total of 444,904.- Series S installments subscribed and
paid from the Fund.
The payment of the provisional dividends will be made as of Thursday, October 13, 2022, in
the offices of the Administrator located at Calle Magdalena 140, 22nd floor, Las Condes, between the
9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., in cash and in cash, in United States dollars
America, by nominative check or electronic transfer.

All contributors registered in the respective registry will be entitled to the payment of the dividend.
at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due.
