“Fondo de Inversión Tobalaba y El Bosque”.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N’
20.712 and Articles 9 and 10 of Law N? 18.045 of the Stock Market, we communicate
as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
By agreement of the board of directors of Finasset Administradora General de Fondos S.A., the following were summoned.
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of “Fondo de Inversión Tobalaba y El Bosque”, to
be held in first citation, on May 09, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., and at 11:00 a.m.
hours on second summons. The Assembly will be held virtually, through the
Microsoft Teams application, sending an invitation via email. The
Assembly aims to deal with matters of its knowledge.
They may participate in the assembly, with the right to speak and vote, the contributors who appear
registered in the Contributors’ Register at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the
date on which the respective assembly is to be held.
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the assembly, in the
place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
