By means of the hereby, duly authorized for this purpose, I communicate to you the following Fact
Essential with respect to Fondo de Inversión Tobalaba y El Bosque, hereinafter the “Fund”, by virtue of
the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and the provisions of Article 9″ and second paragraph
of Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045, Securities Market Law.
At an extraordinary board meeting held on September 13, 2022, the Board of Directors
of the Company agreed to distribute interim dividends to the contributors of the fund from the
