Ref: Communicates the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.

By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, and the provisions
in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, by Finasset

On May 27, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the “Fund” was held
of Inversión Tobalaba y El Bosque” (hereinafter, the “Fund”) in which the Contributors
Present and represented agreed as follows:
(1) The Fund’s annual account and its financial statements for the year ended were approved
as of December 31, 2021;
2) Were elected as members of the Investment Committee of the Fund for the financial year
2022 to Mr. Renato Sepúlveda, Mr. Tomás Hurtado and Mr. Mara Forer, setting their
budget, expenses and remuneration;
3) Elected as members of the Fund’s Audit Committee for the financial year 2022
to Messrs. Tomás Hurtado, Ignacio Ossa and Francisco García, setting their budget
expenses and remuneration;
4) Deloitte was appointed as an external audit firm for the financial year 2022; and
5) Was appointed as an independent expert or valuer to value the investments of the
Fund for the year 2022 to the firm Analyticslab.
