From our consideration,
I hereby inform you of the following
Essential Fact regarding “Fondo de Inversión Tobalaba y El Bosque”, hereinafter the
“Fund”, by virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and the provisions of
in Article 9, and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, Market Law
Values.
At an extraordinary board meeting held on May 12, 2022, the Board of Directors
of the Company agreed to distribute interim dividends to the Fund’s contributors charged
to the results of the year 2022 for a total amount of Ch$2,274,051,852.- equivalent to
$786.4198868 for each installment subscribed and paid into the Fund.
Likewise, the aforementioned dividend will be paid as of May 23, 2022, at
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry at midnight of the fifth
working day prior to the date fixed for payment, in proportion to the number of instalments that are
holders as of that date, as established in the Fund’s Rules of Procedure.
