Ref: Communicates the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
From our consideration,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration of third party funds and individual portfolios, and with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market, Finasset Administradora General de Fondos S. A. hereby communicates as an essential fact that on May 9, 2023, the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the “Tobalaba y El Bosque Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the “Fund”) was held on May 9, 2023.A. hereby informs as an essential fact that on May 9, 2023, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the “Tobalaba and El Bosque Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the “Fund”) was held, in which the Contributors present and represented agreed as follows:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 were approved;
2) Renato Sepúlveda, Tomás Hurtado and Mara Forer were elected as members of the Fund’s Investment Committee for the 2023 fiscal year, establishing their budget, expenses and remuneration;
3) Tomás Hurtado, Ignacio Ossa and Francisco García were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for the 2023 fiscal year, establishing their budget, expenses and remuneration;
4) Surlatina Auditores Limitada was appointed as external audit firm for fiscal year 2023; and,
5) The firm Analyticslab was appointed as independent appraiser or valuator to value the Fund’s investments for fiscal year 2023.
