From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9″ and 10″ second paragraph of the Law
N*18.045 and in General Standard N*30 of this Commission for the Financial Market,
I inform you, as an essential fact, that at the Board Meeting held on
March 29, 2023, the Board of Directors of Terminal Puerto Arica S.A. took cognizance
of the resignation from the position of General Manager presented by Mr. Gabriel Tumany Karmy, who
will exercise his work until March 31, 2023, and appointed Don Camilo Jobet as his replacement.
Weisser, who will exercise his work from June 1, 2023. Likewise, the Board of Directors of the
Sociedad Terminal Puerto Arica S.A. agreed to appoint Mr. Hermann Gratzl Haussmann, in
as Internal General Manager, for the period from 1* April to 31
May 2023.
