From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 9 and paragraph 2 of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, and in accordance with
the provisions of General Standards N%s 30 and 475, both of the Commission for the Market
Financial, I come to inform you that at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Terminal Puerto Arica
S.A., held on August 17, 2022, agreed to distribute an eventual dividend charged to profits
accumulated of the Company corresponding to previous years, amounting to the total amount of US$
1,000,000, equivalent to US$ 100 per share, to be paid at the Company’s offices located in
Máximo Lira 389, Arica, as of August 25, 2022 to the holders of the shares that are registered
in the Register of Shareholders at midnight on the fifth business day preceding that date.
