essential fact, that in the Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of Terminal Pacífico Sur
Valparaíso S.A., held on August 08, 2022, director Don Gregory
Gottlieb tendered his resignation from the position of principal director of the company with this
date and in his replacement Don Alvaro Brunet Lachaise was appointed.
