In compliance with the provisions contained in articles 9 “and in the second paragraph of article 10 of
Law No. 18.045, on the Securities Market, to the rules of continuous information contained in the Standard
of General Character N” 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and duly empowered by the
Directory of Telefónica Chile Móviles S.A. (the “Company”), I inform you, as an essential fact, that in
meeting of its Board of Directors held yesterday, it was agreed, among other matters, to distribute a Dividend
Provisional amounting to the total sum of $ 28,887,000,000.-, whose payment was verified with the same date.
Those shareholders who appeared as such on the fifth business day were entitled to the provisional dividend.
prior to December 28 of this year, in the Register of Shareholders of the Company and
distributed the payment in proportion to its shareholding.
