ESSENTIAL FACT
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions contained in articles 9 “and in the second paragraph of article 10 of
Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, to the continuous information standards contained in the Standard
of General Character N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and duly authorized by its
Board of Directors, I inform you, as an essential fact, that, at the meeting of your Board of Directors held on the 24th of
November in progress, realized the completion of the process of subscription and payment of issued shares
by virtue of the capital increase agreed at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 11
August 2022 (the “Board”), duly reduced to a public deed dated August 17, 2022, in the
Public Notary of Santiago of Don Andres Felipe Rieutord Alvarado. At the Board it was agreed to increase the
capital of the Company in the amount of $239,999,999,778, through the issuance of 283,687,943 new shares
of payment, nominative, of the same series and without nominal value.
Along with the above, the Commission for the Financial Market, dated October 4 of this year,
registered the new shares in the Securities Registry, with N*1122. The subscription and payment periods of
Actions were as follows:
i Legal preferential option period – from October 12 to November 10, 2022.
ii. Second preferential option period – from November 16 to November 22, 2022.
Consequently, it is reported that the process and complete period of subscription of shares of the Company
has ended, and that it had the following results:
