From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 paragraph 2? Article 10 of the Law on
Securities Market and the provisions of Section II of General Standard No. 30 of
the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly empowered for this purpose by the
directory, I come to communicate the following regarding the company Tecno Fast S.A communicated
to you what was agreed by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 19
of 2023:
1.- Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and report of the Auditors
External corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2022;
2.- Approve the distribution of profits for the year and distribution of dividends.
3.- Give an account of Operations with Related Parties.
4.- Approve the setting of the remuneration of the directors and the Audit Committee;
5.- Approve the appointment of external auditors of the Company to EY Professional Services
of Auditoría y Asesorías SpA, for the year 2023.
6.- Approve the designation of Private Risk Classifiers to Feller-Rate classifier
of Risk Limited and International Credit Rating risk rating company
limited (ICR-Chile), both for fiscal year 2023.
