Distribution of dividends 2021.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article
10 of Law N* 18.045 I inform you that the Board of Directors in ordinary session
held on March 31, agreed to propose to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting that
will take place on April 20, 2022, distribute as a definitive dividend the
Sum of $4,407,931,572, charged to profit for the year ended 31
December 2021, an amount that corresponds to 30% of the profits of said
exercise.
If approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, the dividend will be
will pay from April 22, 2022.
