actions; a Asesorías Financieros Belén 2020 SpA 30,951 shares and Inversiones Río Abril SpA 9,020 shares.
In this way Inversiones Bancarios SpA. increased the shares he owns in the company to 889,071 shares;
Administrator Tanner SpA to 55,101 shares; Anita SpA to 41,422 shares; Financial Advice Bethlehem 2020 SpA to
109,133 shares and Inversiones Río Abril SpA to 31,803 shares.
With this same date, the irrevocable resignation of the Director Mr. Martín Díaz Plata has been received, who
