From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of Law No. 18,045, the provisions
contained in the General Standard N2 30, and the provisions of the Management Manual of
Information of Interest to the Market of Tanner Servicios Financieros S.A., and being
Duly authorized to do so, I come to inform you of the following:
With this date Tanner Servicios Financieros S.A. and Nissan Chile SpA, a subsidiary of Nissan
Motor Co. Ltd. of Japan, have reached an agreement for the formation of a company by
shares (the “Company”) whose object will be the granting of financial products for the
Acquisition of certain wholesale and retail motor vehicles and ancillary businesses.
The Company will be affiliated in relation to Tanner Servicios Financieros S.A., which will hold 49% of
shareholding, while Nissan Chile SpA will hold the remaining 51%.
The formation and completion of this joint venture is subject to obtaining the
Regulatory authorizations of the free competition authority that are applicable.
