Ref. Communicates Essential Fact of Taurus Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 9 and subsection
second of article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law N* 20,712, we communicate to you as an Essential Fact, what
next:
That, with this date, and taking into consideration what was reported to that Commission on 01
June 2022, the board of directors of Taurus Administradora General de Fondos S.A., in accordance with
the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 and Article 71 of its Regulations,
agreed unanimously of its members present to appoint as director of the Society
to Mr. Cristián Solís de Ovando Lavín who will hold this position until the celebration
of the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Administrator, date on which it must
Renew the entire directory.
