Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, we communicate to you as an Essential Fact, what
next:
By letter dated May 23, 2022, Mr. Ricardo Andrés Budinich Diez communicated
to the Board of Directors of the Company his resignation from the position of director in the same.
For its part, on May 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company together with accepting the
resignation of Mr. Budinich agreed to vacate the Director position until the next Board
Ordinary Shareholders or until the Board of Directors appoints a replacement.
