ESSENTIAL FACT: Sonda S.A. proposes to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting the payment of a total final dividend of Ch$17,750,821,220.- charged to the profits of the year ended December 31, 2022. The dividend will be $13.30527.- per share for shareholders registered in the Registry of Shareholders at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date established for its settlement.
SONDA S.A. informs the Financial Market Commission that it has granted a mandate to Santander Corporate and Investment Banking to evaluate strategic alternatives for SONDA's datacenter colocation business, including a possible strategic partnership, joint business management or partial direct or indirect sale of assets in Chile, Colombia and Brazil. The timing, values and financial effects are not yet known.
