Larraín Vial Activos reports a capital decrease of $934,037,585 of the Fondo de Inversión Activa Financiamiento Estructurado, payable as of May 24, 2023 at its offices located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N° 0177, Las Condes, Santiago. Contributors registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the payment date will receive the amount prorated according to the number of quotas they own.

Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos has called the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Campbell Global Forestal Investment Fund for May 31, 2023. Items to be discussed include the approval of the Fund's annual account, the election of the members of the Audit Committee and the appointment of the Fund's external audit firm. The Contributors will be able to participate and vote in the Meeting by technological means through the "Microsoft Teams" videoconference system.

Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos informs that the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed to call the Meetings of the Fondo de Inversión Activa Deuda Hipotecaria Habitacional III, where the annual account of the Fund was approved, not to distribute dividends for the year 2022, to appoint members of the Supervisory Committee, to fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee, to appoint external auditors and to approve the decrease in capital of the Fund.
