Plaza S.A. informs the Financial Market Commission that Ripley Inversiones exercised its right to sell shares in Nuevos Desarrollos, a subsidiary of the Company. Plaza Oeste, shareholder that owns 77.5% of the shares of Nuevos Desarrollos, must buy them or find a third party to acquire them. The purchase price will be determined by two first-line banks.
Plaza S.A. reports the placement of dematerialized and bearer bonds for a total of UF 4,000,000, with maturities in 2027 and 2047, and placement rates of UF+3.14% and UF+3.39% per year, respectively. The funds will be used to refinance liabilities and finance investments in projects.
